This is a regular vinyasa yoga class for moms who want to get back at exercising without a baby. It is suitable for moms who have completed a barselyoga (postnatal yoga) course and / or moms who have good contact with both the pelvic floor and the deep abdominal muscles. This class will allow for some weekly “me time”, and opportunity to focus on yourself in a hectic daily life.


Vinyasa Yoga consists of a lot of movement and flow. We synchronise the breath with the movements. This gives a sense of calm in even the most intense positions. The body becomes stronger and more flexible, and the mind gets calmer. Vinyasa Yoga is also called yoga flow or dynamic yoga.
