We offer yoga for kids aged 4 to 10 years on request. To run a class we need there to be at least 4 kids interested.
Kids yoga is a fun and positive way for children to move, get connected with breath and to learn to relax. Some of the benefits with kids yoga is:
- Increased body awareness.
- Learn how to use the body in a healthy way.
- Learn how do handle stress with the help of breath, awarenss, meditation and healthy movement.
- Increases concentration.
- Increases confidence and gives a positive self-image.
Parents are not present during class as the children may loose focus on the teachings if they are present.
The instructor will be a certified kids yoga teacher.
Additionally we offer kids yoga to kindergartens, schools, activity schools and more.
